At Disha Marine Services Pvt Ltd, the management includes professionals from the maritime industry, including a marine chief engineer, second engineer, and a Captain with operations background, who understand the main fleet and offshore industry quite well, with vast experience of working in shipping companies at senior positions, and main marine logistics. Our team of about 20 employees is a mix of young, dynamica as well as seasoned workforce in the offshore O&G, Marine and Industrial domain.

We have been working with ship owners arranging facility to carry out Dry Docking Facility and Docking Repairs like Shafting Job, Servicing of sea chest valve, Hull bottom sensor servicing, Hull scrapping & painting, Replacement of sacrificial anode, Various Ship Repairs, Marine Automation, Steal Renawal etc.

Engine Overhauls and Repairs

We have a team of engineers and technicians with experience on a wide range of 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines. (To name a few makes we can work on BERGEN, CATEPILLER, DETROIT,DAIHATSU, DONG FENG, EMD, MAN B & W, NINGBO, PERKINS, CUMMINS, PIELSTICK, SULZER, WARTSILA, NIIGATA, YANMER and also OUTBOARD ENGINES (MERCURY, YAMAHA)).

We provide ridding squads for engines related and overhauls jobs with technicians having PCC, STCW and CDC.

Troubleshooting / Indigenizing of AUTOMATION / CONTROL SYSTEMS with a strong service back up / package, AMC for Automation and Control Systems can be provided.

We can support you sourcing spares for your vessels/rigs. We have very good working relationships with various Equipment Spare Parts manufactures. These are genuine spare parts originating from Europe / Korea and have been supplied for various ship owners and managers.
Supply of all kinds of lip seals (up to 350mm dia), O rings for various equipment, window wipers and Radiators onboard as per sample within a short period of time.

Auxillary Boiler Maintenance:

1. 1. Blowdown the boiler regularly to maintain chloride level.
2. 2. Chemical dosing required periodically as per test report.
3. 3. Boiler tubes to wash with water after every discharge to remove carbon deposits from the tubes.
4. 4. Boiler water level to check in the gauge glass manually to see the proper functional of gauge glass.
5. 5. Boiler gauge glass to blow down in everyday
6. 6. Boiler burner maintenace to be done after every discharge.
